Cancellation Policy
TERMS FOR CAMP ENROLLMENT: 1. Liability Waiver/Photo Release Forms: All campers are required to sign a current Liability Waiver and Photo Release From. These forms are included with your confirmation packet. Printed copies will also be available for signature on the first day of camp. 2. Dismissal of Camper: The camp reserves the right to dismiss, in its sole discretion, any camper who appears physically sick, or whose condition, conduct, influence, or behavior is deemed unsatisfactory or detrimental to the best interest of the Camp of her/his fellow campers or who violates Camp rules and regulations, in which case no refunds will be made. 3. Extended Care: NO Extended care is available for this camp.  4. Late Arrival/Early Departure: No reduction in enrollment fees will be made for late arrival of early departure of camper. 5. Medical: Parent grants permission to utilize medical treatment should the camp staff deem such treatment necessary for the well being of the camper. Said parent will pay all medical expenses involved. Parent understands this camp does not provide medical insurance of any kind for the camper. 6. PAYMENT: Full payment is due at the time of registration. 7. REFUND:  We know life happens! If you need to cancel your week of camp, we require written notice 7 days prior to your start date of camp. If notice is received less then 7 days prior to your start date of camp, your final payment will not be refunded. 8. TRANSFER POLICY:  If you need to change your week of camp, you are allowed one free transfer. Each additional transfer will cost $25.
